You may have noticed a few changes to our website recently. We have introduced some improvements to help you find details of the type of properties you are interested in more easily. For example there is now an interactive map which displays the location of every property being marketed through ourselves, enabling you to see at a glance the properties in any particular area. Click on the property 'flag' for full details.
The main property list has also been improved enabling you to list properties in address, location, size (no. of bedrooms) or price order. Simply click the heading at the top of each column.
Properties which are 'under offer' are still displayed on the main list so that you have the most up to date information available. It also enables you to get a better feel for the range and price of property in any particular area. However if you would prefer to only see those properties which are still available, you can remove those which are under offer by simply ticking the box at the top of the list.
We hope you will find these improvements helpful, but we welcome any feedback.

Properties advertised for sale after 1st December 2008, have to be marketed with a Home Report.
This is a pack of three documents: a Single Survey / Valuation, an Energy Report and a Property Questionnaire.
The Single Survey contains an assessment by a surveyor of the condition of the home, a valuation and an accessibility audit for people with particular needs.
The Energy Report contains an assessment by a surveyor of the energy efficiency of the home and its environmental impact. It also recommends ways to improve its energy efficiency.
The Property Questionnaire is completed by the seller of the home. It contains additional information about the property, such as Council Tax banding, alterations, and other important information that will be useful to buyers.
The Home Report will be made available on request to genuinely interested prospective purchasers, e.g. people who have noted interest.
Houses which were first marketed prior to 1st December 2008 do not require a Home Report.
Further information can be found on the Scottish Government Website or contact our Property Manager Robert Bell.
