St Olaf's Hall is situated in the centre of Lerwick by the roundabout at the top of Church Road, just up from Commercial Street.
To get to St Olaf's Hall from Commercial Street, walk up Queens Lane which is situated opposite the post office on Commercial Street, between the Shetland Times Bookshop and the Royal Bank. St Olaf's Hall is the large building on the right hand side of the lane just past Church Road car park on the left. We are on the first floor.

Home Reports
Properties advertised for sale after 1st December 2008, have to be marketed with a Home Report which comprises a Single Survey / Valuation, an Energy Report and a Property Questionnaire.

Although Home Information Reports (HIPS) have been scrapped in England, they are still required in Scotland which has a different form of Home Report.
