General Information

Blydoit Park is situated on the east side of East Voe on the edge of Scalloway, originally Shetland's capital. Set in an elevated position at the back of the estate, the house enjoys a sunny westerly aspect and a fine view over East Voe to Scalloway and its prominent historic castle.

The centre of the village which is within reasonable walking distance around the head of the voe, has a wide range of amenities including the primary school, swimming pool & doctor's surgery, as well as local shopping on Main Street including a couple of general stores and a chemist / post office.
