Access to the property is via steps from the street which lead up to the front door with established, though overgrown, walled garden areas to either side. There is a further garden area to the rear of the house and two sheds although these are both in very poor condition.

Note the title boundaries between No.79 and the neighbouring houses to either side lie approximately down the middle of each passage. At the rear the steps to the back garden area straddle the boundary with the adjoining property.
