Owner occupied registered croft extending to approximately 8.8 hectares (22
acres), at Sandness, approximately 30 miles from Lerwick.

comprises two areas of around 4.5 ha & 0.8 ha either side of the road into Sandness, plus a further 3.5 ha to the south-west, and hillright.
There are no buildings on the croft. The former croft house does not form
part of the subjects of sale.

may therefore have some development potential, subject to the usual local
