In front of the house, chips have been laid to provide a low maintenance garden / seating area which is enclosed by a wooden fence. This area extends around the south side of the house where there is also a timber seating area and rotary clothes dryer. A large veranda accessed from the dining area runs along much of the front of the house providing a perfect place to sit and enjoy the fine view.

Note the garden ground to the rear requires landscaping. The boundaries to the north and west are unfenced.
