double garage, estimated to extend to around 0.35 acres or thereby (0.14

See plan (click on link).
The location means that Lerwick, just 7 miles away, and all its amenities is
easily accessible.
The site slopes gently away from the roadside and enjoys fine
unrestricted views across farmland to the other side of the Wester Quarff
valley, is attached.
The southerly aspect means that the site will get the sun for a good part of
the day. The size of the site should allow plenty of space for a large garden.
Much of this part of Quarff is protected by a Local Protection Area which
limits further development. This therefore represents a rare opportunity to
acquire a house site in this area.
